With 34 years of experience in and around the California State Legislature, Tom White is a highly respected expert in policy, legislative, and political affairs. He has served as Chief of Staff for multiple Assembly Majority Leaders and for the Chairs of several key committees, including Local Government, Water, Parks and Wildlife, Environmental Safety and Toxic Materials, Revenue and Taxation, and Human Services.

Tom's leadership as Senior Vice President of Majority Advisors is instrumental in helping clients navigate the complex world of California politics and achieve their policy and political objectives. His extensive experience and knowledge of California politics, combined with his commitment to delivering high-quality services to clients, make him an invaluable asset to the firm.

In addition to his extensive legislative background, Tom has represented a diverse range of clients, including national retail department stores, pharmacy chains, medical service providers, environmental equipment manufacturers, and local revenue collection services. He has advocated for their interests before state legislatures, governor's offices, and state agencies across California, as well as in western and southeastern states.

Tom's experience also includes serving as a staff member in the United States Senate and as an analyst with the Federal Elections Commission. He is also a former member of the California Seismic Safety Commission, where he helped establish seismic retrofit disclosure requirements and seismic building code requirements in the state.
